Skin, restored to itself.

Clinical-grade facials built around a real skin diagnosis, deep cleansing, targeted actives, and technique chosen for your skin's actual condition.

How it works

We start every facial with a skin reading under proper light, not a questionnaire. The protocol, exfoliation depth, active ingredients, technique, is built from what we actually see.

No two facials at VEGNA are identical, because no two skins are.

VEGNA treatment room

What to expect

A typical session runs sixty to ninety minutes: diagnosis, cleansing, exfoliation, extraction where needed, active infusion, and calming finish.

Mild redness may last a few hours. Most clients build a seasonal rhythm after an initial series spaced four to six weeks apart.

How the journey goes

The protocol changes every time, but the structure around it does not.

Before

Preparing for your appointment

Arrive with a clean face if possible, though we can remove makeup on arrival. Avoid active retinoid use and sun exposure for a couple of days beforehand if your skin is currently sensitised. Tell us about any recent peels, injectables or reactions so we can adjust intensity.

Consultation

What we talk through

Every facial opens with a real skin read under proper light, not a form. We discuss your current routine, what is and is not working, and what today's session should prioritise given time and skin tolerance.

Treatment day

What actually happens

Cleansing, exfoliation matched to what your skin can handle that day, extraction where needed, active infusion, and a calming finish. A typical session runs 60 to 90 minutes, and the exact steps depend on what we found during diagnosis.

Aftercare

The following days

Mild redness may last a few hours. Avoid strong actives (retinoids, acids) and direct sun for 24 to 48 hours, and wear SPF daily regardless. We send home a simple routine to support results between sessions.

Before & after

We publish real client results only with explicit consent, matched lighting and angle, never retouched. This gallery is being built as consenting clients complete their course.

Common questions

How is a medical facial different from a spa facial?

A medical facial begins with a skin diagnosis and uses clinical-grade actives and techniques chosen for your specific concerns, rather than a fixed spa menu.

What concerns can a medical facial address?

Common concerns include congestion, dullness, uneven texture, mild pigmentation and early signs of ageing.

How often should I have one?

Most clients start with a series spaced four to six weeks apart, then move to seasonal maintenance based on how their skin responds.

Is there any downtime?

Mild redness for a few hours is typical. Most protocols allow you to return to your day immediately.

Can I wear makeup afterward?

We recommend waiting until the next day if possible, to let any redness settle and avoid introducing bacteria to freshly exfoliated skin.
